How to Enable Staff Filtering

You must login as an admin user and go to the following page

Here is the standard default logic

Employee Exclusion Logic:

1. If a person stays in the store for more than 1 hour, the system will determine that the person is an employee.

2. If a person enters 5 or more times in a single day, the system will determine that the person is an employee.

3. If either condition is triggered, the employee's data will be removed from the system.

How to Check if it's Working?

You must also sign in as an admin and navigate to this page

From retail dashboard, can query about the personal info like this above

Then you can download images from the GPU server

then you can compare them
