What is TD TrafficPro ?
TD TrafficPro provides comprehensive business reporting and analytics that allow you to obtain in-depth understanding of the customer traffic data collected by TD intelligent sensors. It offer tailored editions to suit different needs of retailers, commercial property owners and tourism property operators. All editions can be operated on web, tablet or mobile terminals to suit your need to have access to the reports anywhere and anytime.
How to Install ?
*require TDI Tech Support to install it for you, provide remote access credential to them and they will install it for you.
*send an email to payne@tdintelligence.com
*license require in order to add sensor's in the TrafficPro
How to Setup ?
- After the TrafficPro has been installed, when you open up your browser and enters 127.0.0.1/plaza, you should be able to access the TrafficPro Page.
- Login the TrafficPro by using the credential setup during the installation
- You will be shown this page as you login.
4. Go to the Advance Setting to configure the TrafficPro (creating group, area and plaza for the sensor to show the data signify to which location)
5. Setup the following in hierarchy:
- Group - The Client's entity
- Area - Where's the Plaza Located at
- Plaza - Name of the Plaza (set the opening and closing date)
- Pass - Level of the Plaza
- Zone - Specific Sensor's Location (need to assign where's the location belong to which Pass)
* if you setup the service config for the sensor correctly, you should be able to see the unassigned sensor automatically.
6. Account Management - to add user based on their user group (superadmin/normal user)
7. Email Management - set up user's email to send out data reporting
